Izithako:
- 1 iglasi yesiselo seediliya
- 1/2 ipere
- Iiplamu ezi-3 ezifakiweyo
3. Beet, iminqathe kunye nejusi yeorenji
Izithako:
- 1/2 beet
- 1 yomnqatha
- Iiorenji ezi-2
- 1/2 iglasi yamanzi
4. Ipapaya, iorenji kunye nejusi yeplam
Izithako:
- Isiqingatha sepapaya esingenambewu
- 1/2 iglasi yejusi yeorenji
- Iiplums ezimnyama ezi-4

5. Isiqhamo senkanuko, ikhaphetshu kunye nejusi yomnqathe
Izithako:
- Iipuniwe ezi-3 zempembelelo yeziqhamo, kunye nembewu
- 1/2 iminqathe
- 1 igqabi le-kale
- I-150 ml yamanzi
Zonke iijusi kufuneka zibethwe kwi-blender kwaye zithathwe kwangoko emva koko, ukuze kusetyenziswe ngcono izakhamzimba. Ukongeza, iimbewu ezinje ngechia kunye neflakisi zinokongezwa kuzo zonke iiresiphi, njengoko ziyimithombo yefayibha, iivithamini kunye neeminerali eziphucula impilo yamathumbu.
